You may also elect to donate to specific Investors, and your donation amount and username may be disclosed on the public message board along with any messages you submit. When you submit Personal Information on the Services you are doing so voluntarily and giving your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. You should not include Personal Information, including private or personally identifiable information, in any comments that you provide in our Services. The use and ownership of any information that you provide is further governed by the portion of the Terms of Use pertaining to “User Contents.”

As you navigate our Services, we may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information gathering tools such as cookies. These tools obtain standard information from your web browser, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, and the actions you take on our Services (such as the web pages or screens viewed and the links clicked). Although you can configure your browser not to accept cookies, this may make certain features of the Services unavailable to you.

We may automatically record your IP address and use it to help diagnose problems with our server, administer and improve our Services, and gather broad demographic information about users of our Services or for other uses that we may determine from time to time. This information is used on an aggregate basis to improve your experience. It also allows our staff to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of the Services, and to make the Services more useful to you. We do not disclose this information to third parties.

If you have provided Personal Information to us in conjunction with the Services, including information in conjunction with trial use of the Services, you have the ability to “opt out” from receiving further communications from us. If you decide to remove your information from our database, you can do so by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of your emails.
